LiveTrail Mixes are a delicious and nutritious combination of grains and seeds.They are great as they are, but when they are soaked in water for 12 to 24 hours, the grains germinate and they begin to sprout. We carry three essential grains for our customer who have a hard time finding the grains locally. All our grains are sproutable, which means they are live grains and not genetically modified. They are high quality. Our oats and wheat are certified organic.
